Learning Center Gets a New Design

We’ve updated our look and reorganized the site to provide a more user-friendly web experience. While the Learning Center looks different, it still provides the same wealth of information regarding flexible spending accounts (FSA), health reimbursement arrangements (HRA), spending account cards, COBRA services, and more - simply select the appropriate menu option, located on the left side of this page.

We hope you find your SHPS web experience easy and enjoyable. SHPS will continue to add more tools and resources as they become available, so stay tuned for more updates!

mySHPS Account
If you are already enrolled in a SHPS program, you can access your personal account information by logging in with the same user name and password as before. Just click “Participants/Members” in the upper left corner to log in.

Spending account participants can view spending history and current balances, enroll in direct deposit, access and download reimbursement request forms and track prior reimbursement requests. COBRA and other billing service participants can view account status, monthly statements or pay their monthly premiums online.
